Shipping & Returns
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.
You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date. We estimate you will receive your order within 7 – 12 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary. International Orders are shipped via DHL.
Shipping Methods & Fees
Domestic : Local shipping charges apply
International : 7-10 business days (of course you are our number one priority and we will do our best to ship out your The Pavo bag as soon as possible!).
Regular priced merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange provided.
For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for sending item(s) back The Pavo to C Juliet International Ltd. at your own cost. Item(s) must be sent back within 10 days of purchase. You are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to C Juliet International Ltd.
All sale items are final sale.
Any items determined to have been worn will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Please send us an email if you would like an exchange or refund. Once we have confirmed it is okay to be exchanged or refunded, you may ship it back to us.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days) original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. The credit card company will take a 5% handling charge for any item or amount you refund.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse at: 17/E, Block 2, Kingsway Industrial Building, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Taxes and duties
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or international shipping cost. Duty and tax charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by your country’s local carrier prior to delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. The Pavo is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order.
